This very compact GPS receiver plugs into the DVR unit and allows you to log GPS data, in full synch with the recorded video. The GPS has a fairly fast refresh rate of 5 Hz, and stores important information like longitude, latitude, heading and speed. The data can be overlaid on-screen, in real-time with the recorded video, or stored to memory card for later use with 3rd party software applications, to draw track maps and spice up your videos. The Bullet DVR™ application can convert the stored GPS data into compatible data to be used with Google earth, TrackVision and others. Features a magnetic base so you can install it on a car roof or any metallic surface quickly and easily.
